We are currently hiring 1 full time employee, who will be able to work weekdays and weekends.
Our customer care specialist answer phones with proper etiquette and answer customer questions in a professional manner.
Must be able to work with the software for booking reservation and checking guest in and out, gives tours to new clients.
Being organized and detailed oriented is a must.
Applicant needs to be enthusiastic, able to multi-task, work individually and in a group setting, follow directions, and ensure customers are delighted with their experience.
A keen instinct for animal safety and a loving commitment for pets are required.
It is essential you can regularly stand for extended periods of time, able to handle dogs of all sizes on a leash, and be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
You MUST have your own transportation.
Must be 18 years or older.
Shifts are roughly 7:
30 am - 11:
00 am and 2:
00pm -6:
00pm.
Hourly pay depending upon experience and you get paid weekly.
You should have basic office skills and good communication skills.
We will train you for our specific needs and methods but require familiarity with cats and dogs.
