Job
Responsibilities:
- Manage One Water Program (25%)
- Prepare written materials such as short courses, course curriculum related to One Water(30%)
- Grant writing to secure future funding, and reporting to funding agencies(20%)
- Supervise laboratory activities and manage student labor (20%)
- Performs other duties as assigned (5%)
Required Education and
Experience:
- PhD in engineering or similar water related
- Some experience mentoring graduate and undergraduate students
- Some laboratory management experience (i.e., maintaining supplies and inventory)
Required skills, knowledge or abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to multi task and work cooperatively with others.
- Ability to write course curriculum, proposals, reports, and scientific articles.
- Ability to work in a laboratory setting and follow applicable safety standards.
- Some proficiency with statistical analysis.
