You will get a chance to analyze our people processes and problem solve to determine if training, OD, or change management needs exist as well as implement and lead your recommendations. You will deliver best-in-class scalable talent lifecycle processes and programs in the areas of performance management, competency development, goal setting, succession planning, talent calibration, career development and talent planning. Your main customers will be corporate executives, field leaders, HR Managers and Training Generalists who support all facets of training and development programs. You'll use your analytical mindset to research and test new strategies, tools, and resources to reinforce and support corporate-wide OD initiatives. Your insights will lead the strategic direction for the people team at McLane through data analyses, visualizations, and predictive analytics. Although this position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, you will act as an advisor, coach and mentor for business leaders and employees across the organization. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Plans, directs and leads OD projects (performance management, succession planning, etc.). Collaborates closely with corporate leadership, HR Managers and division leaders to continuously improve (and build) outstanding talent programs that drive measurable results as well as career growth and retention. Collaborates with multiple stakeholders across Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, HR Leadership and the business to understand and report on holistic data patterns impacting the talent lifecycle. Manages all pulse and engagement surveys that drive participation and impact. Designs/redesigns data visuals to tell compelling stories with data and creates executive-ready analytics and deliverables (e.g., reports, PPTs). Partners with the HRIS team to collect and coordinate relevant data analytics, metrics, and reporting. Translates the data into insights that drive thoughtful action plans at the appropriate levels. Leads the design and implementation of talent review and succession planning activities across the organization. Provides recommendations for training based on OD processes and data. Works closely with Learning and Development to implement those initiatives. Conducts research, ROI analysis, and impact of existing OD programs. Provides communications, webinars, and ongoing support to the organization for all OD programs. Expands current capabilities and builds new programs to support career development and internal mobility. Advocates for process and program improvements; champion for system-wide changes that lead to meaningful results and organization effectiveness. Keeps abreast of organizational development breakthroughs, resources, and tools. Reviews vendor performance and provides feedback to ensure high quality vendor results. Other duties may be assigned on as needed basis. SKILLS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, LD/OD, Communication or related field. 5
years' experience leading talent management, organizational development, etc. where responsibilities included performance management, succession planning, career pathing. Experience effectively analyzing talent data to glean valuable organizational and people insights. Experience with talent modules on enterprise HRIS platforms. People Soft is a big plus! Be a proven change agent to accelerate organizational change initiatives. Project management, risk assessment and resource management, with proven ability to connect OD initiatives to business strategy. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and organize complex information. Ability to identify and work through problems and conflicting issues in a clear and diplomatic manner. Passion for maximizing the employee experience.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
