8 7 hours ago Full Job Description JOB SUMMARY Works directly with sales staff and General Agency/Field Marketing Organizations (GA/FMO) and other departments to deliver the day-to-day operations of certification requirements for all lines of business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE Completes onboarding of new sales agents.
Processes new onboarding requests and maintains existing certification requirements to include licensing, Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) appointments and product training.
Receives, reviews and processes appropriate legal contract documents for Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) appointments within expected standard turnaround.
Responds to and resolves multi-system access issues via phone, onboarding systems, email, fax and mail.
Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Completes, attends and passes all requried training as defined by management.

Diploma/GED Equivalent EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
