Do you want to be challenged daily? We are a local beer distributor looking for an IT Specialist to join our team! Primary Responsibilities Assist employees with resolving their day-to-day issues both remotely and onsite Install and configure workstations, mobile devices and printers Troubleshoot workstation, network, application, and printing issues Train and become familiar with software vendor's mobile software in order to train and troubleshoot issues with auto-ordering based off of days of inventory Escalate identified issues to the software vendor Track and monitor all open support requests to completion Skills and Requirements Able to interpret a problem and determine the best way to resolve it Ability to communicate with employees, supervisors and staff helping everyone to understand the problem and potential solutions.
