Position Responsibilities Confirms claims check run totals and release batches for printing and mailing.
Obtains second signatures on checks and mail out.
Processes check tracer.
Verifies check status with bank, void, and log checks.
Inputs and processes invoices and/or expense reports and payments.
Endorses and mails out CrossOver payments and remittance advices.
Mails out accounts payable checks.
Filing of accounts payable vouchers.
Refunds check processing.
Processes checks returned in the mail.
Prepares binders.
Coordinates calendar for department directors; including scheduling appointments, meetings and speaking engagements, must exercise discretion in committing time, evaluating needs, and making meeting arrangements.
Answers telephone calls and meet visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy; triage calls to appropriate staff for resolution.
Handles all incoming correspondence and maintain all outgoing correspondence per administrative policy.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
