The Account Representative will be responsible for interfacing with internal and external customers on service related issues.
Will work various service-related reports to ensure required activities are fulfilled and resolved in a timely manner.
The Account Representative is responsible for dealing with retailers, wholesalers, and end-users by providing them with personalized service and assisting them with escalated issues, credits, etc.
This is a HYBRID REMOTE POSITION.
4 days work from home, one day on site at the office.
Responsibilities and Duties- Bilingual Account Representative:
Support retail customers by contacting them on a regular basis to provide them with information regarding their service orders, credits requests, etc.
Analyze petitions and complaints of customers and retailers / distributors and generate a formal written response of the company for legal procedures based on Acer's Warranty Policy and local customer's law.
Focal point for issues escalation for wholesalers and retailers.
Actively participates in decision making process for the establishment of external suppliers.
Manage customer mailings Perform surveys Receive and answers service inquiries via e-mail specifically warranty validation requests.
Reads and evaluates service repair reports and approves based on given guidelines.
Skills and Experience- Bilingual Account Representative:
Self-motivated with ability to multi-task.
Must be bilingual, a fluent Spanish speaker.
Have a good understanding of company policies and procedure.
Must have a strong working knowledge of e-mail, and other software.
It's essential to have a basic knowledge of MS Office mainly Word and Excel and with good typing skills.
Must have an excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment is expected.
Pay Rate and Schedule-Bilingual Account Representative:
$14.
75 per hour w/ a 5% language differential on all hours worked.
Monday-Friday Hybrid/remote, 4 days work from home, 1 day onsite in the office 8:
00am-4:
