Handles a variety of administrative tasks, including processing requests by phone and email for a high-volume office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs clerical and customer services duties including answering telephone and handling requests for service Interacts with customers and visitors by phone, email, and in-person Monitors vehicles as they enter the scale to be weighed Enters daily data for productivity reports, scale/weight tickets and landfill costs Prepares reports and records as assigned Composes correspondence and mail for general code violations and customer compliance Follows policy, procedures, and safety guidelines Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One year of customer service experience Successfully pass typing test with minimum of 35 WPM Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office Thank you for your interest in the position.
