The candidate should possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Duties for this position include, posting of daily entries, reconciling accounts, maintaining schedules, assisting with month end close, daily bank and post office run.
Knowledge of accounting processes is necessary for this position.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of Accounting processes A desire to learn and grow with the company Willingness to assist in any area Monday - Friday, 40 hour work week Basic computer skills including Excel and Word Responsibilities Maintain assigned schedules for accurate and timely entries Assist Controller with daily, weekly and monthly duties assigned Accurate posting of daily entries Knowledge of product cancellations process a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
