Responsibilities:
- Perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy - Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing - Conduct account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues - Assist partner in monitoring financial statements and reports - Assist with payroll management tasks as needed Requirements:
- 1 year experience in accounting or a related field is preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Proficient in using accounting (Quickbboks) software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of accounting.
