Job Decription:
Provide exceptional clinical care that includes skills such as wound care, medication administation, disease process education, IV therapy.
Ensure clinical documentation demonstrates medical neccesity and appropraitely reflects quality patient care Submit documentation in a timely manner Communicate patient's clinical needs with interdisciplinary team Qualifications include the following:
- Current Texas RN License.
- Current Certification in CPR - Valid Texas Drivers License and Insurance, with reliable transportation - Experience with OASIS is required - Must have a minimum of 1 yr prior Medicare home health experience - Knowledge of WellSky (Kinnser) EMR is a plus All applicants must pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment.
