Responsibilities:
- Collect/locate data and organize into appropriate file locations - Communicate with supervisor to gather job specific information to create files - Create schedule of values (SOVs) and submittal packages.
- Review Inventory systems for accuracy - Coordinate with estimators to update weekly estimation progress - Assist in dealing with the concerns of field personnel Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Adobe, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Office365, Google Calendar, and must have general computer literacy - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required - Strong time management skills -Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients, contractors, coworkers, and crews - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Job Type:
