We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our team.
As a Home Inspector, you will play a crucial role in evaluating residential properties and providing comprehensive inspection reports to our clients.

Conducting thorough inspections of residential properties, including single-family homes, condos, and multi-unit buildings.
Evaluating the structural and mechanical systems of homes, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more.
Identifying potential issues, defects, safety hazards, and maintenance needs.
Utilizing advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate and precise assessments.
Generating clear, concise, and detailed inspection reports for clients.
Communicating findings and recommendations to clients in a professional and understandable manner.
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client questions or concerns.
Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Valid home inspector license/certification in Texas.
Previous experience as a home inspector preferred.
Strong knowledge of residential construction, systems, and components.
Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient computer skills for generating reports.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethics.
