Marketing Manager Scope of Duties:
Position with iZone Imaging in a unique multi-responsibility role within our Marketing and Graphics departments.
Provide support on an as needed basis to all of these areas until a more defined role can be established, based on strengths and our most crucial needs at that time.
Marketing Assistant will be assisting marketing department to achieve marketing goals for the year.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining corporate brand throughout all marketing materials Assist with social media planning and execution Assist with maintaining stock of literature items Assist sales with any requests for additional materials needed Assist with design, collateral and coordination of trade shows Help run reports for marketing efforts through social media, ad campaigns and email blasts Assist in writing and uploading case studies to website Assist with any activities required by marketing team Marketing Assistant may be called upon to help with design jobs.
This will include an initial consultation with the customer, creating final designed artwork, preparing artwork for production and working with customer on any and all revisions.
Must be proficient in:
Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word Google Sheets / Docs Nice to Have Experience in:
