Responsibilities Monitor weekly/monthly statics and plan accordingly to meet set goals Order medical and office supplies Develop and implement office policies and procedures Supervise office staff, including receptionists, and therapy bay assistants Liaise with doctors and to identify potential office dysfunctions Arrange cleaning staff and emergency maintenance services as necessary Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards Skills Proven work experience as a manager in a high volume setting Knowledge of goal setting, data and administrative processes and principles Ability to handle records discreetly Experience building staff schedules and budgeting payroll Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations Communication skills and a customer service orientation Ability to drive a team and meeting goals
Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems Coordinate patient scheduling, including appointments, and follow-up visits Present Patient Care Plans and offer Payment Options Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner Manage the office budget, including monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care and adherence to medical protocols Oversee human resources functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and staff scheduling If you are an experienced Manager looking for a challenging role in a dynamic healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply.
