- Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure their efficient operation and maintenance - Oversee the leasing process, including marketing, tenant screening, and lease negotiations - Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with regulations - Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with contractors and vendors - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Collect rent payments and ensure accurate record-keeping - Prepare financial reports and budgets for each property - Maintain organized files and documentation related to property management activities - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track tenant interactions and lease agreements
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred - Strong knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in data entry and file management - Ability to negotiate and upsell additional services to tenants - Familiarity with office software (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite) - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills Note:
