Priority goes to bilingual (Spanish) candidates.
Prior law office experience is not a necessity though is preferred.
Will begin with a 90 day probationary period and schedule expected to be 15-25 hours weekly.
Will need some availability to work additional hours around trial periods and large discovery periods.
Experience and ability to use standard office software such as web browsers, file systems, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Must be able to remain on task and complete highly detail oriented work without constant supervision.
Must be able to do very basic accounting tasks such as generating a bill, sending an invoice and accepting payments.
Must be a somewhat fast learner as the firm covers several legal areas with various requirements to each.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients, other attorneys, judicial staff and various clerks is necessary.
The firm does not have a dress code for days not spent at court.
Regular day largely consists of calendaring various events and deadlines, taking phone calls, communicating with attorney when necessary, drafting invoices, drafting emails and letters to courts, clients, and opposing counsel, accepting payments and occasionally participating in client interviews.
Pay differential offered for those also fluent in Spanish.
The Firm does pay a Summer and Christmas bonus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
