We operate a diversified family of companies focusing on Investment, Development, Construction and Management within the Multifamily Industry.
We are looking for a Property Manager for a new construction multifamily location in Temple, TX! Property Manager duties include, but are not limited to:
Communicate the goals of the property to the on-site staff in a clear manner.
Must be able to interact professionally and respectfully with owners, corporate staff, vendors, subcontractors, and onsite staff.
Establish and implement rental rate increases and enforce collection procedures.
Review monthly operating statements and compliance with annual budget and implement plans of action to optimize site profitability.
Prepare the annual operating budget and business plan for review with the property supervisor.
Perform physical inspections of the property and relay all maintenance concerns to the lead maintenance.
Ensure property compliance with all applicable state and local laws/regulations.
Develop and maintain quality hiring and evaluation procedures consistent with company requirements.
Monitor all federal, state, county, and city agencies for any changes in ordinances affecting the property or neighborhood.
Ensure all associates strictly adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Occupancy Guidelines.
Prepare Market Survey Reports and ensure accuracy.
