We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns - Supervise and train staff members to ensure they meet performance standards - Handle cash handling and register operations accurately - Maintain inventory levels and assist in ordering merchandise as needed - Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate coverage - Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies to increase sales and achieve targets - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
