Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent and Assistant to help manage our residential properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leasing units, responding to resident inquiries, and providing administrative support to the Property Manager.
This is a full-time position with benefits.
Key
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including rent collection, invoices, and expenses.
Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to email inquiries.
Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in leasing or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and other relevant regulations.
