4K a year Nueva Health System is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator/CA to provide assistance to the licensed-medical provider and provide safe, knowledgeable, compassionate individualized care to all patients.
The job includes significant amounts of multi-tasking, but the ideal candidate will know when to slow down, look patients in the eye and provide personalized service.
As one of our team members you will:
Provide patients with support and guidance as needed Help patients apply to third party lenders for financing Process payments from patients Answer Care and Payment plan questions with patients Maintain hard copy patient records as well as the files stored in our EHR Answer multi-line phones and either direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents Must be driven, outgoing, organized, and personable Excellent communication and problem solving skills Must be looking for a career not just a job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
