This individual must have a passion for customer service, team leadership, and be hands-on to ensure that their team is properly trained, that metrics are met and exceeded, and CEFCO car wash customers are satisfied.

Responsibilities:
Oversees all aspects of assigned car wash locations including:
Weekly metrics, regular equipment inspection, and hourly quality checks.
Accountability for weekly metrics, key financials, and monitoring expenses and budget goals.
Hires and trains new employees, provides team development and mentoring, and ensures adherence to safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
2-4 years' experience in a car wash environment including 1
years' of supervisory experience; possess a strong background in car wash mechanics, metrics and financials; must have a proactive safety attitude; be able to aggressively promote the business; proficient in MS Office, able to read, interpret, and apply policies and procedures; able to work long hours including nights & weekends; The Fikes Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
