Director, Recruiting

We are looking for a Recruiting leader for a well-established successful organization! This position will lead the organization's recruiting strategy and will be part of a top-performing, cohesive HR leadership team.
Essential Skills and
Responsibilities:
Oversees and directs full life cycle of the recruitment process for a supply chain leader.
Leads and manages a recruiting staff - with responsibility for workforce planning and hiring high caliber employees across the organization.
Successfully partners with business leads, hiring managers, etc. to gather feedback on the recruiting team's performance to make sure the best experience is being provided to both internal clients and candidates.
Develops and implements both short-term and long-term best practice recruiting strategies that align with organizational goals. Provides leadership and guidance in the identification, evaluation/pre-employment testing, selection, and on-boarding of candidates in a consistent, professional manner.
Develops and manages an organization-wide sourcing and networking plan to ensure strong knowledge of potential candidates in the marketplace.
Ensures the organization maintains and develops external relationships with colleges, technical schools, staffing agencies and consulting firms to assist with maintaining a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Leads and promotes the organization's employment brand.
Prepares, analyzes and reports on appropriate staffing and workforce metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Familiarity and expertise in latest recruiting, talent acquisition practices. Strong knowledge of hiring and employment regulations and applicant tracking systems.
Expertise with social media and LinkedIn.
Minimum seven years' experience in HR leadership role, including 3
years in supervisory capacity. Experience with HR Shared Services.
Minimum three years' experience as a Recruiting Director/Manager in global organization.
Experience in supply chain industry a plus!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
