Talent Acquisition Manager Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Manager reports to the VP, Human Resources and is responsible for creating and implementing a company-wide talent acquisition strategy including: employment branding, sourcing, evaluation, selection of talent for all levels in the organization. This position works collaboratively with Human Resources and various business units to assess talent needs and build a pipeline of qualified candidates, and leads the development and deployment of effective recruiting tactics and processes. In addition, this position ensures that the organization's hiring practices are applied consistently, and in compliance with applicable employment legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Creates a competitive, proactive recruiting message building an applicant pipeline for immediate and future openings
Collaborates with business units and HR to anticipate staffing needs
Uses a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively attract, evaluate, network and hire the best candidates using proven recruitment strategies and trends
Measures, tracks and reports on recruitment performance against defined metrics
Manages all components involved in full-cycle recruiting
Tracks turnover and produces turnover analysis on a quarterly basis
Develops and implements recruiting and interview training for business units
Manages talent programs such as university recruitment, military recruiting, etc.
Utilizes applicant tracking system to measure speed and efficiency of the recruiting and hiring process
Builds and manages talent acquisition team
Talent Acquisition Manager Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field

years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
3
years management experience
Proven ability to employ proactive recruiting strategies, online branding and creative sourcing
Experienced in partnering with HR and all levels of an organization
Proficient in talent acquisition software
Solid communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel (2-3 times per year)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
