Purpose:
The HRIS Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, Accounting and IT departments regarding all HRMS activities. The primary focus of this role will be to support the data maintenance of the ADP Vantage application that includes Employee and Manager self-service, payroll, time-tracking and benefits. This includes assisting with system administration, file management (external/internal), consultation, development and hands-on functional support necessary to implement the company's vision for HRMS services. This position is also responsible for reviewing the integrity of all ADP Vantage data, complex reporting, and will be involved in special projects.
HRIS Analyst Major
Responsibilities:
Provides customer support for HRIS questions and issues by researching and resolving simple to complex policy and transactional questions related to the use of ADP Vantage.
Partners with HR, IT, and Payroll to ensure data integrity and recommend changes in methods or procedures to increase efficiency of the HRMS.
Oversees complex technology projects which include ensuring quality, timeliness and proper use of HR information retrieved from the systems, reviewing and prioritizing system maintenance and creating enhancement requests, tracking issues and documenting test results.
Assists in the development of HRIS processes and procedures, and provides documentation and training for the appropriate team members.
Develops complex data reporting utilizing ADP, Excel and other reporting tools, in support of ad-hoc customer requests.
Monitors the HRIS system through data audits and reports.
Assists HR and Payroll with any input, correction and reporting requirements.
Analyzes, recommends, tests and implements upgrades, process improvements, and maintenance projects.
Additional project support for IT and HR.
Additional duties as assigned.
HRIS Analyst Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or IT
3-5 years of recent HRIS technology experience (includes knowledge of current rules, regulations, laws and practices)
2
years in business process analysis and project management
Intermediate experience with ADP or similar HRMS
Working knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits
Advanced level skills in Microsoft office - specifically Excel and Access
Solid customer service skills
Ability to perform in a fast paced work environment
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
High level of organizational skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
