Field Service Analyst
The Field Service Analyst supports end user devices and provides technical support.
The Field Service Analyst repairs and replaces computing devices (independent of platform specifications), manages data migration, storage repair, and backup.
The Field Service Analyst analyzes, configures, and installs software and licenses.
The Field Service Analysts interfaces with users including training and education, tutorials, problem solving and researching best practices.
The Field Service Analyst works with related systems (projects, task management system, Knowledgebase articles, daily activities, end user e-mail, and correspondence).
The Field Service Analyst works on cabling (IDF maintenance, patching, cleanup, and repair).
The Field Service Analyst performs as a member or project manager of a project, maintains milestones, practices teamwork with high degree of performance, and communicates regularly with leadership on the health and progress of the project The ideal candidate has excellent trouble shooting and problem solving abilities; strong teamwork and collaboration skills and excellent communications skills.
