Mainframe Programmer Analyst

This position is with our direct end client and they are requiring all applicants to be eligible to work in the US on a full time basis.

Description:
Design, estimate, develop, document, and implement well tested solutions that satisfy the requirements of each application development request within the allocated time and budget for each request.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ensure requirements and development deliverables match the design specifications.
Ensure that the test plans match the requirements.
Ensure that the test results match the test plans.
Provide high-level and detailed estimates.
Provide high-level and detailed developer specifications.
Create an appropriate test environment for the project team to work with and validate the delivered solutions.
Develop and test solutions using the companies development tools in the development environment that meet the companies standards.
Provide the appropriate implementation documentation for installs.
Manage and execute the system-testing process and UAT process.
Support the implementation and post-implementation activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
A teammate in this position must have:
Mainframe:
Technical skills - IBM Mainframe, MVS/TSO COBOL DB2/Stored Procedures, JCL Subset skills - CICS Online, Data Transport FTP/MQ, Geac-Millinium, PacBase, AFP.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
